Calibration Technician:

Requires qualification in multiple areas of expertise including scans and diagnostics, ADAS calibration, ADAS diagnostics, and general automotive. All ADAS specific training will be provided by our current master ADAS technicians & programmings staff. Understanding the basics of all positions will ensure a well-rounded knowledge base of what Level 5 Solutions offers to the field.

Service Advisor:

Level 5 Solutions service advisors are tasked with the day to day customer interactions, scheduling, and estimating needed for each vehicle brought into the shop. Organization is paramount for this role to be done effectively; between coordinating with customers to ensuring the technicians are used efficiently to get cars in & out same-day. A background in body shop estimating or as an insurance adjuster is preferred.

Logistics Specialist:

The role of a Logistics Specialist is important to ensure vehicles are driven safely to & from their respective shops before & after the vehicle has been repaired. You must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record, be able to drive manual transmissions & have a working cell phone to be able to communicate with the other drivers.

Level 5 Liaison:

Outside Sales: The Level 5 Liaison is responsible for generating revenue by engaging in outside sales opportunities. This involves identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Level 5's quality of work.

Customer Relations: Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships is a core aspect of any successful business. The Liaison ensures that existing clients get the support they need, resolves issues, and seeks ways to exceed customer expectations.
